Team development

Team development (coaching and intervision): is suitable for departments and teams. The focus lies in the interaction and cooperation between the team members. Issues that play out under the surface become negotiable. That encourages cooperation and reciprocity.

Coaching is directed both top-down and bottom-up, provides insight into the needs of employees and organisations and learn to really speak with eachother. A good balance is essential for the binding of the employees and the organisation. Coaching of personnel has a positive effect on the productivity and atmosphere in the company.

Intervision: a structured way to tackle work related problems and to improve cooperation.  A self-help-method by which colleagues can support each other to reflect on work related questions. Intervision is easy to do and appeals to everybody’s competence as participant. As a facilitator I guide teams to learn independent intervision.

Examples of questions that are addressed in team coaching:
• How can we improve team cooperation?
• How can we improve team communication?
• How can we make team subjects negotiable?
• How can we handle conflicts within the team?
• How can we improve the atmosphere in the team?
