2007 – present: Owner MV Coaching & Advice, Breda
• Personal coaching in which consciousness, self-reflection, responsibility, accountability and communication stand central. Focussing on giving meaning to life and a happy life, reaching goals, work/life balance.
• Team coaching with focus on co-operation and professionalisation.

Methods: positive psychology, career coaching, intercultural coaching/ex pats (English speaking), constellations ,conflict handling, stress coaching, mindfulness, non-violent communication and walking coaching. Team coaching and intervision.
• EVC Assessments and portfolio guidance.
• Field management; the realisation and optimisation of a good partnership and the accomplishment of precisely fine tuning relationship between the various parties.

2008 – current: Through several customers: Coach, assessor and EVC assessor (prior experiential competencies)
• Personal coaching targeted at development and improvement of achievements. With particular focus on responsibility, impact on work and personal situation, health and motivation
• Responsible for the execution of individual coaching and assessments; intake to report and feedback. In this process I use several methods/tests. In addition I support and recommend managers in the area of staff development. I give monthly presentations to new employees.
• The independent execution of EVC courses and HBO levels in the areas of communications, psychology and administration/secretarial.

1987 – 2008: Communication specialist in the area of Marketing Communication, Internal Communication and HRM Communication. Working in the process industry with Head office in the USA and responsible for Europe and Middle-East. Gained a lot of experience in different cultures, international thinking and acting.
