My guiding principle is positive psychology. (positive forces instead of complaints) intuition, the will and rendition – The total human being.  Life experience, psychology, the knowledge of various communication disciplines, and experience in the international business community – these constitute my starting points for coaching. And that is also possible in English. Within the business community I coach expats as well, a special group of people who come to the Netherlands as knowledge worker in order to exert his or her activities here. Apart from psychology, among other things I have educated myself in systemic constellations and creativity within coaching.. Elements thereof are the life story and the genogram and different creative working forms. In order to be able to distance oneself from daily practice, walking coaching is an option. Nature and walking provide more silence and power as well as a different view on issues.

Plan of approach and costs: A coaching course starts with an introductory interview (intake) of 45 minutes, free of obligations. During this interview the emphasis lies on the question, the objective, and the interaction. Upon mutual consent we will set up a contract.

1. Number of coaching sessions: The course consists on average of 6-8 sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours.
2. Location: : Breda or a location to be further determined such as at your work.
3. Costs for Private PersonsParticulieren: € 80 per hour including 21 % VAT.
4. Costs for Organisations: : € 130 to € 170  per hour excluding 21% VAT.
5. Travelling expenses: : € 0.25 per km.

I am a member of the Dutch Professional Association for Applied Psychology (NBTP) and adhere to its professional profile and regulations.

Confidentiality: MV Coaching & Advies (Marjan Vaesen), except for a possible obligation pertaining to the Law and/or a thereto authorised governmental body imposes on it regarding the publication of certain data, is obliged to confidentiality towards third parties on all confidential information that it has obtained within the framework of the Agreement with the Client or from another source. Information is deemed to be confidential if this is notified by the Client or if this results from the nature of the information. MV Coaching & Advies sees to it that this obligation is also imposed on possible third parties that are contacted by it for an assignment. Discussions, sessions, and other contact that take place in any form whatsoever between MV Coaching & Advies and Client are regarded as strictly confidential. MV Coaching & Advies will therefore never make any statement to anyone on the contents and the course of those contacts unless the coachee/trainee has given his or her express permission to do so.
